Individual Services
Organisation
We could all do with a helping hand to refresh and organise a certain area of our home.
Whether that’s a pantry, cupboard, a chest of drawers, wardrobe or any other problem area. We will assess the area, give you options and clear, label and tidy the area ensuring we recycle and reuse where possible
The modern person has 100 jobs to do and some days you are not sure where you should be, when or even why! Our scheduling service plans your week or month for you and ensures you know exactly what you should be doing and when. It can also include your family and friends birthdays and big events to ensure you never miss an occasion.
Do you want to throw the perfect soiree but just don’t have the time? Maybe it’s a child’s birthday party but you have a deadline at work? Juggling everything just isn’t feasible and something has to give. Why not take the stress out of trying to do everything and allow our experienced party planner the job of getting another job done?
An extension of our errand running service but on a more specific and personal level. Do you have no idea what a suitable gift for a friend or relatives birthday would be? Need some advice on the latest trends for your young niece or sister? Maybe you want to buy your wife lingerie but have no idea on size or style. Myabe you just don’t feel comfortable making certain purchases.
Our personal shopper service will take the stress out of your hands, gift wrap and even write the card for you.
The modern busy household has so much going on there often feels like there are just not enough hours in the day. Would you rather be playing with your children, maybe having lunch with friends? Then let our team take some of those menial and boring tasks off your shoulders and allow you to enjoy life more.
From returning parcels (ordered online and need to be taken to a post office or depo), organising your birthday lists-ensuring you never miss an occasion or event (can include buying a selection of cards and gifts so you have a stock), or meal planning. Our household management service extends far and wide and is on hand to help you manage all of those everyday tasks.
Do you have guests arriving and just don’t have the time to do a real spritz through your home? Our general housekeeping service will tidy, dust, hoover and bring your home back to order. Bathrooms and kitchens will be cleaned and you will have a refreshed home once again.
Please note this is not a deep clean but an overhaul to ensure everything is neat and tidy.
We all know that one person who has their ducks in a row…with our school admin service it could be you!
Do you feel like every weekend is consumed with another child’s party? Always dashing from one function room to another? Let us help you lighten the load by buying the cards and gifts for you, wrapping and preparing everything so you are ready and organised.
We can also sew all name tags into clothing, label lunch boxes and bags and ensure you don’t drop a ball!

For when the house is full of ‘stuff’ and you just need to get it out of the way! Do you have clutter that you need vanished right now? This service is for clothing, toys and household items.
Please note this is not a waste removal service (i.e dirty items, garden waste etc) but for clutter and clothing.
Piles of clothing seems to be the bane of many a working families life. Do you have a pile of clothes stuffed in the back of your wardrobe or piled up intending to be dealt with? Our clothing maintenance service will take away the items (so they are no longer your problem), recycle, resell and donate to charity as you wish. There are items that could be making you money sat lying around and we can help you get organised and bring in some extra funds.
We can organise so you can sell or we can do on your behalf (please note a sellers fee is incurred if we sell on items for you).
This service is for when everything has gone wrong and you feel lost, alone and like something has to give. Maybe a loved one has been taken ill, your boss is demanding something right now or there has been a drama in the home. Our Fairy Godmother will be on hand to run errands, tidy up, and help you de-escalate a situation with practical assistance.
Due to the urgent nature of this service it is subject to availability.
These packages are substantial packages for when you need a specific and more targeted approach for one of life’s milestones. From pregnancy, moving, bereavement and more these are designed to give real assistance and allow you more time to do what you need to do during these significant times.
Nesting
Expecting a baby but overwhelmed with what needs doing, preparing and organising for the arrival?
The nesting package includes a dedicated 4 hours with our Family Personal Assistant to help you get ready for this exciting and yet daunting life event! From organising baby’s wardrobe, listing the items you will need, tidying the home to ensure it is ready for your arrival home and any other tasks that may help you feel settled and ready.
Similar to the Nesting package the Ms. Poppins package is for after your baby is born. From going to your home and tidying, to dealing with the constant washing of clothing, fetching supplies, listing gifts received (for you to be able to send thank you cards later) and any other task to lighten the load and allow you to enjoy the special moments.
Please note this is not a Nanny or child-care service!
Are you moving home and although you have booked the removal team you are at the stage before? So much clutter and no idea where to start? The Moving Home package is made for you. From helping you to declutter, clear, recycle and regroup you can ensure you only take with you the items you really need.
This service includes removal of disposed items (clutter and clothing only)
Are you going on holiday but don’t have anybody to water the plants? Need someone to move the mail, parcels and to put the bins out? The Holiday Cover Package is for you. A simple service that also ensures you have bread and milk in the home for your arrival home (or other items as necessary).

Returning Home
The Returning Home package is for anyone who has been away from the home for some time. Whether that’s a hospital stay, extended holiday or similar this package ensures your home is in a suitable condition for you to return to. From tidying of the home, changing the bedding, providing basic groceries for your first night home (on your request), removing old rubbish and changing the bins this will allow you to feel comfortable and settled once more in your own home.

Bridging the Gap
The package for those who are receiving the medical care and assistance they need, possibly with the help of home help carers but who need a little extra. From running errands, household management, life admin, shopping and any other tasks as necessary. This package is ideal for those who do not live near their loved one and we are happy to report back on their wellbeing etc.
Please note this package is a bespoke service and for a short term period and after consultation we may advise you need a more regular general assistance. All can be discussed on your initial consultation.

Bereavement
After the loss of a loved one it can be too painful to have to deal with certain aspects. The Bereavement Package can help. From the removal, recycling or disposal of clothing to boxing of sentimental items as well as running errands and general tidying of the home.
This package is provided with the upmost respect and sensitivity, with careful boxing of sentimental items.
Clearing of the whole home can be done as necessary and additional costs may be applicable. Price on consultation.

Complete Shake Up
Whether you are expecting guests for Christmas, hosting a party or feel your home would benefit from a shake up this package is for you! Including hoovering, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, changing beds, dusting, removal of rubbish, changing bins, tidying problem areas (sideboards, units etc) we will transform your home and give you a home to be proud of once again.
All of our services are discreet and no one need ever know we were in your home. We are advocates for empowering you to take back control of your home and life and want to support you to do so any way we can. We sometimes take photographs for our social media channels (no identifying features will disclose identity). Please do mention if you don’t wish photography to take place.
Once the service to be provided has been agreed, a 50% deposit is required to book your date and time. The balance is due within 48 hours of the work being completed. All bookings will be provided with terms and conditions and we ask this is returned with your booking fee.
